Venue
Attention to our guests staying in hotels IBIS Moscow Kievskaya, Lomonosov and Yunost: the special bus are organized for transfer of MISM-2017 participants to conference site every day. The participants will be picked up from mentioned hotels at 8:15 am.
The conference is organized at Faculty of Physics, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU, Leninskie Gory, 1, bld. 2).
Local transport
Metro, buses, trams, and trolleybuses
Metro is the quickest way of public transport in Moscow. Official site (in Russian).
Moscow metro has a huge amount of stations all over the City.You can use the application "Yandex metro" (Google play or App Store)
Ground transportation is also widespread in Moscow.You can use the application "Yandex transport" (Google play or App Store) to get real-time schedule of ground transportation.
Recently ticket for local transport in Moscow allows you to make rides on any kind of transport (metro, monorail, bus (also blue minibuses), trolleybus or tram). The price depends on the kind of the ticket.

The price of the card "Troika" is 50 rubles. 50 rubles can be returned when the card is returned to the ticket office*. The card balance of the electronic card "Troika" should be refilled at the automatic machine and ticket offices (by card or cash) *- balance is non-refundable. |

How to get from "Universitet" metro station to the building of the faculty of physics:
1. On foot: Coming out of the station you will see the spire of the Main Building of Moscow State University. Cross the road using the underground crossing on your right to get to the opposite side of the Lomonosovskiy prospect. In the underground crossing turn on the left twice. Coming upstairs go ahead a few meters and turn on your left entering the MSU territory. Go along the street around 10 minutes. Cross the Lebedevastreet. Pass the building of the Faculty of Physics and turn on your right. Go 200 meters. The entrance will be on your right.
2. By ground transport:
You can also take the bus after you cross the prospect. Take the bus: 470, 67, 485, 845 or trolley 34, 34k. Pass one stop and get off on the Ulitsa Lebedeva stop. Coming out of the bus turn on your right and go 40 meters. Then turn on the left. Cross the road. Turn on your left to pass the building of Faculty of Physics. Then turn on the right and go 200 meters. The entrance will be on the right hand side.
Or take the bus 1, 113, 119, 464, 572, 661 and go to the DK MGU bus stop. Coming out of the bus turn on the left and go 50 meters. On the first corner turn on the right and go 200 meters. The entrance to the Faculty of Physics will be on the left hand side.
Airports
There are 3 airports in Moscow: Sheremetyevo (SVO) airport, Vnukovo (VKO) airport, Domodedovo (DME) airport. The most reliable way of traveling to and from airports in Moscow is by Aeroexpress.
Aeroexpress trains run between:
1) Sheremetyevo (SVO) airport - Belorussky Rail Terminal Timetable of July 5
2) Vnukovo (VKO) airport - Kievsky Rail Terminal Timetable of July 5
3) Domodedovo (DME) airport - Paveletsky Rail Terminal Timetable of July 5
The aeroexpress train rate is about 500 rubles. You can take a ticket to train + metro. This way is very convenient, cheap and quick (45 min).
Aeroexpress tickets can be bought at Aeroexpress ticket counters or at automatic machines in the rail terminals. You can also buy an electronic ticket AEROEXPRESS

Taxi
To guarantee the safety of your trip, you are kindly requested to avoid the taxi service from the drivers offering this directly at the arrival area or at exit from airport terminal even if it is claimed as "Official taxi" - such service is overpriced and it might be of low quality.
We recommend to use Yandex Taxi (tel. +7-499-550-05-05, online taxi order ) or City-mobil Taxi (tel. +7-495-500-50-50, online taxi order) or UBER with fixed price 1500-2000 RUB for the trip to city center. You can easily get money from ATM using any bank card or can make exchange of 40-50 Euro in the office in airport.
If you decided to take a taxi we recommend you to write the address of MSU (Leninskie gory 1-2) or hotel and show it to the driver.
